تستخدم هذه التقنية المتطورة الجديدة التي تعتمد على شبكات تعمل بنظام DVB-S2 تستخدم  HX VSAT hub خاص مزودةً بذلك وصولية غير محدودة للانترنت عريض النطاق للشبكات المتوسطة والكبيرة (الباندويدث غير محدود ولكن ذلك يخضع لشروط وقوانين الاستخدام).

الحصص اليومية من الباندويدث أكبر من مما هي عليه بالنسبة لـ DW7000
(تقريباَ أكبر بنسبة 8 إلى عشر مرات).
